The frying pan was designed by an extremely talented duo from the Matteo Thun Antonio Rodriguez design studio from Milan . Thanks to the solid, forged aluminum, the vessel heats up quickly, and the ergonomic, comfortable handles remain pleasantly cool at all times. The use of special radiant induction technology developed by Ballarini allows the pan to be used also on induction cookers, while also being dishwasher safe. Thanks to the innovative, six-layer, non-stick Granitium Ti-X coating with a thickness of 4.5 mm and an additional layer of titanium reinforced with mineral particles, the bottom of the pan is extremely scratch-resistant and easy to clean.
