The Alba line pots are covered with an extremely resistant, multi-layer Keravis TI-X non-stick coating with a thickness of 4.5 mm. This surface is additionally enriched with a titanium layer, which makes it resistant to bulges, abrasion and scratches. The thick, aluminum bottom of the pot with a new Radiant pattern is reinforced with stainless steel, making Alba pots perfect for use on induction cookers . They can also be used in all other types of cookers – ceramic, electric, gas and halogen. The advantage of the reinforced bottom is also the storage of heat, which is then released to the prepared dish. This makes cooking shorter, more effective and energy-saving.
