The 6900 Ballarini Series of frying pans are made of aluminium alloy with a constant thickness of 4 mm and anti-detachment bottom, and have Kerastone Profi Granite professional non-stick coating with high abrasion resistance. A stable, safe and ergonomic full grip handle with reinforced rib complements the assembly.
They have great absorption performance, thus they boil and heat up sooner than other regular frypans.
In addition, high performance by detection means this frypan has less problems on small hobs, it reads the induction hob more easily.
