The six-layer, 4.5 mm thick Granitium Ti-X non-stick coating and an additional layer of titanium protect the saucepan against scratches and cracks. Its made of solid forged aluminum and heats up incredibly quickly, while the ergonomic stainless steel handle stays cool.
